The Ramada Gold Key program is designed to recognize the ultimate Ramada properties, those that go above and beyond Ramada standards to deliver a truly outstanding guest experience. The Gold Key symbolizes Ramada's commitment to superior performance. To qualify for the Gold Key, a property must demonstrate excellent quality assurance performance, superlative housekeeping and a commitment to exceptional service. The Gold Key designation is given only to those properties attaining a 92% or above score on their semi-annual Quality Assurance inspections.
