MENU SELECTION:
Menu selections must be submitted to our Catering Office at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the function to ensure availability.

GUARANTEE:
A guaranteed number of attendees is required no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled function. If a guaranteed number is not received, the hotel will honour the number of persons for whom the function was originally booked. The convener will be invoiced for the guaranteed or actual number of people, whichever is greater.

PRICE GUARANTEE:
All prices quoted are guaranteed for thirty (30) days and are subject to change thereafter.

ROOM RENTAL:
When your choice of Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner is served in a private banquet room for 20 or more persons, there will be no charge for the room. Rental charges apply to all rooms used for meetings and exhibits.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT:
Payment is due upon completion of the function, unless prior arrangements have been made with our Accounting Department. A 25% deposit on the full amount of the function is required 45 days prior to the function date.

CANCELLATION:
In the event that a booking will be cancelled, cancellation notice is required thirty (30) days in advance. If the cancellation occurs after that time, cancellation charges will apply.

TAXES AND GRATUITIES:
All prices are exclusive of Provincial Sales Tax, Goods and Services Tax and 15% Gratuity.

MISCELLANEOUS:
No Food and Beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the hotel by the client or any of the client's guests without prior written consent by the Management.

It is understood that the client agrees not to erect any form of display or presentations without written permission of the hotel.

The hotel will not be responsible for loss or damage to client property left in any function room or area.

Client shall refrain from entering into any contract for music, entertainment, or other services relating to the function without prior permission from the hotel.

Provincial Liquor Laws do not permit the service of alcoholic beverages prior to 11:00 a.m. and after 2:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
